Appraisers |
| David holds both a Washington State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and a Washington State Designated Brokers License. He is experienced as a builder and general contractor in the construction and renovation of residential, and income producing properties. David is qualified as an expert witness in the State of Washington Superior and Federal Courts and the various county Boards of Equalization and State Board of Tax Appeals. He is also an expert witness qualified to appear before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Court of Queens Bench, Saskatchewan and the Assessment Appeal Board and the Court of Revision in British Columbia, Canada. David is a present member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with designation of Canadian Residential Appraiser. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors with the Appraisal Designation, a designated member of the American Appraisal Institute as a Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA), a General Associate member of the Appraisal Institute for the SRA designation, a member of Bellingham-Whatcom Real Estate Board, Northwest Multiple Listing Service and the Commercial Brokers Association, and a member of the Whatcom County Board of Equalization. David serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Seattle Chapter Appraisal Institute for 2008 and is Chairman of the N.S.B.C. | |

Sheila Parsons

Sheila is a Washington State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and has been involved in the real estate profession for 35 years. She has been an appraiser since 1987 and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. She has completed numerous appraisal courses and most recently completed the Ethics B course, Appraising Complex Northwest Properties, Meet the Client, Alternative Report Forms, and Standards & Procedures A&B. Sheila specializes in residential properties in Whatcom County and is also an FHA approved real estate appraiser. |

Erik joined David Parsons & Associates in early 2007 and is presently serving his appraisal internship. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and has completed extensive Appraisal Institute course work with the goal to become a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Erik is currently focusing on residential appraisals in Skagit, Whatcom, and Island Counties. |

Scott joined David Parsons in early 2006 and is presently serving his internship Scott is veteran of Desert Storm. He Has a background in construction of nearly ten years and several years at a property management company specializing in building maintenance. Scott will be Licsensed by the fall of this year. Scott is currently focused on residential Appraisals in the hard to reach areas of Whatcom and Skagit Countys. |
